Chris Damon joined our Clear Solutions Pool Services team in November 2023. He previously worked at a local pool distribution center for the last 10 years and has used the knowledge and experience he gained from that position to help contribute to our current success. He truly enjoys tackling challenging projects and is known to think out of the box when coming up with solutions to complex situations. He has been a resident of Indian River County for almost his entire life and when he is not at work you can find him enjoying life with his family, including his and two young children, Tripp and Isla. Whenever he gets the chance to, he loves getting out on a boat to do some saltwater fishing.

Jennifer Bauman joined our Clear Solutions Pool Services team in November 2023, after deciding it was time for a career change. Prior to the pool and spa world, she previously worked for over 15 years in the medical and dental field. She was born and raised in Indian River County and if she’s not at work, you can guarantee she’s spending time with her family and at a school event or activity with one of her four children: Bailyn, Olivia, Robbie, or Ellarie.

Daniel Rook joined our Clear Solutions Pool Services team in September 2017. He currently holds a category 5 gas installer qualifier license and because of that, he can assist our team with a variety of gas-related installations that a client may request or need for their pool and/or spa. Daniel is a brilliant leader to our team of service technicians and uses his extraordinary skills and years of experience to evaluate, diagnose, and repair many pool and spa issues that he comes across everyday in this field. While he is not working, his favorite thing to do is to get outside and spend quality time with his 3 children: Eli, Samuel, and Clara.

Tyler Edgcomb joined our Clear Solutions Pool Services team in July 2024 and is the newest member of our team. Prior to joining us at Clear Solutions, Tyler worked as a painter and handyman for the last 9 years. He is very detail oriented and takes pride in his focus on excellent customer service. He enjoys a challenge and is excited to learn everything he can about the pool service industry. When asked about his recent career change, he stated that he finally found the ‘Clear Solution’ to his future.

Jacob Martin joined our Clear Solutions Pool Services team in August 2013. He has helped his brother, Zach, and worked alongside him in the pool business for years before officially beginning with the company. He has experience with residential pools and spas, along with commercial pools and spas too. When he is not at work, he enjoys spending time with his family, including his wife and 2 beautiful daughters. He has a 4-year-old, Layla, and a new baby, Mya. In his spare time, his favorite activity is to get out in the sun to play some golf with friends and family.
